Session Description

There is a strong renewed interest in growing temperate fruit trees in gardens and landscapes on the West Coast. These fun, amazingly complex plants come with a set of problems that are uncommon to most other plants we grow. During this presentation, you will learn about the most important of these problems, how to avoid those that are avoidable and to manage those that are unavoidable. Problems you may encounter from planting the trees through to the harvest of organic worm free fruit will be included. Come and learn about the fun science and art of ‘Fruit Tree Trouble Shooting’.
