Booth Assignment
All first time exhibitors will be assigned space on a first-come, first-serve basis. Two 50% booth deposits are due upon receipt of the booth space contract: the payment deadlines for these deposits are Feb. 1st and May 1st. Full payment is required for all contracts received after May 1st. No refunds after Jun. 1st. Contracts can be submitted until show date, dependent on available space.
