Registration will Open in June

There’s lots of time to register for CanWest! We will officially open online registration in later June, once we have our education program completed. At that point you can register online, or you can fill out our registration form and mail or fax to the CanWest office. Details are below.

Note:  All show badges are valid for 2-day entry. A complementary show badge is included with all educational registrations.

Delegates

CanWest provides 3 easy ways to register:

1. Register Online

Register online using our secure and quick online registration system, managed by Conexsys. Your receipt will automatically be emailed to you. The system will also allow you to register for more seminars at a later time, or remove yourself from a seminar. A scanable barcode will also be emailed to you; allowing you to print your badge onsite.

Complimentary Trade Show Badges

CanWest offers complimentary trade show badges to returning delegates. If you attended CanWest in 2016 please register online using your name and e-mail address. The registration software will automatically detect that you are a returning delegate and will deduct the cost of the trade show badge. No coupon code is necessary. Questions or issues? 2. Register by Fax

Fill in our pre-registration form and fax to the CanWest office at 604.575.3500.

3. Register by Mail

Exhibitors

Are you an exhibitor and ready to register your booth staff for the show? Please register your booth staff by September 8th. All badges will be available to pick up at the show office during move-in and on show days.

Cancellation, Substitution & Refund Policy

Show badges will be mailed to attendees who register by September 8th . Those who register after September 8th can pick up their show badges onsite at Tradex.

Refunds will be provided for cancellations prior to September 8th, 2017. We regret that refunds cannot be offered after September 8th but we can offer delegate substitutions if the original registrant can no longer attend the show.
